 Took some time out yesterday and spent the afternoon on the north coast near Strathy Point, Sutherland. Maybe not a brilliant day for picture taking, but managed to get a couple of shots worth keeping. This one looks quite dramatic in mono, and I didn’t need to do much on my computer. I use Nikon [...]  Mono is my favourite and works so well with certain scenery. This is a croft house near Dunbeath. Capturing the subtle gradient in the sky was quite a task, but achievable. I'm a sucker for these type of shots. Cold, windy and wet. Taken at Latheronwheel this Autumn. |
